Our mission is to create the ultimate happy place for women - a safe, supportive environment that not only improves your fitness but your overall well-being too. Divas is a place to embrace your body, develop self-love, make friends, and feel empowered through pole, dance, and aerial movement.
Our beginner courses are open to women who are 18+ and identify as female, regardless of their dance or fitness experience. At Pole Divas, we believe that age, fitness level, strength, and body shape should not deter anyone from starting pole training. In fact, we consider it a common misconception. Our classes not only enhance fitness but also promote mental well-being, instilling confidence and empowerment in our students.

6:30pm - Static Pole
7:30pm - Spin Pole
--> Saturday 21st June
10am - Static Pole
11am - Spin Pole
12pm - Static Pole
1pm - Spin Pole
Classes run for 1 hour and include:
> A whole body warm-up
> Strengthening exercises
> Beginner-level tricks
> A short dance routine
> Finish it off with a lovely stretch and cool down
WHAT TO BRING
Pole - shorts, singlet, a small hand towel, and water bottle. Heels are encouraged but by not necessary.

STATIC VS SPIN
What's the difference between beginner spin or static pole you ask? Well, spin pole is where the pole actually spins. In our beginner spin course, you will learn speed control going in and out of tricks and transitions. In our Beginner Static course is the focus is on YOU moving around the static pole.
Bookings are ESSENTIAL, so make sure you secure your spot before it's too late. We can't wait to meet you at the studio!
